The EDI refurbishing process ensures that every unit, C-arms, Portables, Radiographic and Fluoroscopy systems will deliver the results you can depend on.

Mechanical repairs and cosmetic maintenance:

• All defective parts and covers are repaired or replaced
• Unit is completely disassembled, repaired and repainted
• All moving parts are removed, inspected and repaired
• X-Ray tubes are removed, inspected and replaced if necessary
• Cameras are removed, inspected and replaced if necessary
• Chassis are inspected for structural defects
• All bearings are inspected, cleaned, and repaired if necessary
• Lift assemblies are inspected, cleaned and repaired
• Control Panels are tested and replaced if necessary
• All wheels, locks, brakes and locking mechanisms are cleaned
• A complete set of operator and service manuals are provided

Re-assembly

• All components are sent to an assembly area for the rebuild
• All Components are reinstalled
• New batteries are installed
• New monitors are installed
• New Cables, Harnesses, and other electrical components installed
• Chassis and components are rebuilt

Testing & Calibration

• Intensifiers and X-ray tubes are tested and balanced
• X-Ray tube bearings are tested for noise and coast time
• X-Ray tube filaments and stator winding are tested
• X-Ray tube radiation output is verified to OEM specifications
• Generator high voltage is tested and calibrated to government regulations
• Cameras are calibrated to OEM specifications
• All monitors are aligned, resized, centered and focused
• All power supplies are tested, calibrated or replaced

Shipping

• A like-new refurbished system - in appearance and function is ready for shipping
• Each system is carefully crated and packaged to avoid jarring or damage during shipping
